How I Work
We often seek therapy we
when we are disconnected from our authentic selves.
There is always more to our stories than what has been told, what has happened to us, or what we have come to believe about ourselves.
Some stories have been shaped by love, resilience, and belonging. Others by trauma, expectations, silence, and systems of oppression. And some stories—perhaps the ones that hold our greatest wisdom, creativity, and possibility—have yet to be fully discovered.
My practice draws from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), woven together through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive lens.
I believe we are the experts in our own lives, carrying knowledge, skills, strengths, and resources that sometimes become obscured by life's challenges. Through curiosity, storytelling, creativity, and reflection, we can reclaim overlooked parts of ourselves, question stories that no longer serve us, and reconnect with what matters most.

My role is not to tell you who you should become, but to collaborate with you in discovering what you already carry, who you wish to be, and what else might be possible.
The healing process can include many things outside of therapy. Your passions and interests contain important clues about your life's purpose.
If you invite me to work with you, we will partner to surface your stories of strength, courage, knowledge, skill and ability. These alternative stories will support you in re- aligning with your values, hopes, dreams and ultimately your spirit.
